SIDEWALL MARKINGS
There are various codes and markings imprinted on the sidewall of a tyre. the list
below breaks down these markings and describes the coding system which will allow
you, the user, to understand tdis valuable information.
Tyre sizes are made up of a number of different numbers and letters, which are found
imprinted on the sidewall of a tyre. For the example shown in the image, tyre size
205/55 R 16 82* W is made up of the following information:
